By commissioning Choussen (Hackmemino/ChoussenArt), you, the commissioner, agree to be bound by the Terms of Service and Conditions for Commissions as laid out in the below policy and that you have all permissions to act on your own behalf or on behalf of your company. Breaking these terms will void the commissioner’s rights to payments made, artwork, and Choussen’s Intellectual Property and copyright.

With every order, you'll receive only ONE free revision per ordered item. Any major changes may result in additional fees.

My art is strictly for personal use, not for profit. Buying art from me doesn't give you the right to use them for commercial purposes, Unless you notify me in advance and we discuss it at a later point in time.

I can draw in different styles, eventually send references for the ones you would like, but keep in mind that I won't TRACE or COPY any other artist's work, unless they gave consent.

Please send a lot of references & details when you order! After the sketch phase and the free revision (usable to fix some sketch mistakes/details etc), any other change will be charged an additional fee.

We can discuss prices for specific things, if you need a custom quantity I'll get you a custom order based on your needs.

I can give you an ETA about your order, but don't rush me please! I want to deliver a well made work, if you need a faster delivery just tell me and I'll try to give your order more priority. (with additional fees)

All payments should be in EUROS. Via paypal.

All payments should be made through paypal goods and services. Please state in the payment who you are and what you are paying for.

The payment will have to be 100% of the price BEFORE I start to work on your order, unless discussed via DMs.

Payment must be made within 24h. If you need more time please let me know. This is unless you have discussed a hold with me.

Once you have made the payment I can not refund you. Please keep this in mind when commissioning me! Don't commission me if you cannot afford it after all.

By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects. Unless agreed upon.

I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question. This includes if you did not follow the rules for said order.

I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" at a later date.
